Fluids can stay in.
You do not have to drain gasoline, oil, coolant, brake fluid or other normal operating fluids for us to move your machine. Avoid topping off the fuel tank immediately before pickup and let us know about any leak or strong fuel odor.

Pickup checklist
1. Document condition
Take clear photos from every side. Note existing scratches, cracks or damage and retain the pictures.
2. Remove loose items
Remove personal belongings. Secure or remove helmets, covers, flags, tools, cargo, removable racks and other loose accessories.
3. Check operation
Confirm whether it starts, rolls, steers and brakes. Disclose non-running condition, flat tires, locked steering or missing keys.
4. Check dimensions
Tell us about oversized tires, lift kits, roofs, windshields, cages, plows or other modifications that change height, width or length.
5. Provide access
Arrange a legal, safe location with enough room for transport equipment. Mention gates, low branches, steep drives or narrow roads.
6. Keep contact handy
Provide working pickup and delivery numbers, correct addresses and any dealership, auction or storage release requirements.
